About this Hisense SmartTV 4K FFM list
Header: Hisense SmartTV 4K FFM (device huangshan, MediaTek), Android TV 10, firmware QTG3.200902.001
Security patch 2023-02-05. Sold in Latin America; the Android model string is "SmartTV 4K FFM". WARNING, read before applying: a first version of this list that also disabled com.hisense.tv.smartsense, com.vt.tv.smartsense.ui and com.vt.tv.aiot sent the TV to Android Recovery on the next boot ("Can't load Android system. Your data may be corrupt"). "Try again" booted normally and tools/restore.sh undid everything. Which of the three was the cause is not confirmed, so all three are left out below. Never pick "Factory data reset" on that screen before trying "Try again". This list was then applied in seven groups with a reboot after each: no crashes, normal boot. If you experiment with more packages, reboot after each small group, and wait ~15 s after pm disable-user before rebooting: rebooting immediately lost the change on this TV. Keep: com.mediatek.* (including com.mediatek.wwtv.tvcenter, the Live TV and HDMI app), com.hisense.tv.hitvinput, com.hisense.tv.smartservice, com.vidaa.persistent.service, com.hisense.tv.customerlauncher. HDMI-CEC and the inputs keep working with this list. Stock launcher: com.google.android.tvlauncher (the default in restore.sh). Already disabled at the factory: net.vidaatv.android.tv, Pandora, Vudu, Play Games.
Before you run it: every package below is disabled, not uninstalled. Comment out (prefix with #) any line for an app you use. Never disable the Play Store, Play Services, the on-screen keyboard or the TV input services that play HDMI. Switch USB debugging off when you are done.

Apply the Hisense SmartTV 4K FFM debloat
Turn on Developer options on the TV (Settings → Device Preferences → About → press OK on Build seven times), switch on USB debugging and, if shown, Network or ADB debugging. Then, from a clone of the cleanyourtv repository on a computer on the same Wi-Fi:
export TV_HOST=192.168.1.50 # your TV's IP address
tools/venv/bin/python -I tools/tv.py --probe
tools/disable.sh examples/hisense-smarttv-4k-ffm/debloat.txt Then build and install the clean launcher, which makes itself the default Home and rolls back if it fails:
TV_HOST=192.168.1.50 launcher/build-and-install.sh Prefer to let an assistant do it? Paste the cleanyourtv prompt into Claude Code with "Hisense SmartTV 4K FFM" as the model; it reads this list, checks each package on your TV and asks before anything that depends on your preferences.
Restore the Hisense SmartTV 4K FFM
TV_HOST=192.168.1.50 tools/restore.sh examples/hisense-smarttv-4k-ffm/debloat.txt The restore script replays the state recorded before the change, so Home goes back to the launcher that owned it. More in the restore guide and the Android TV debloat guide.
