About the debloat lists

Where do these debloat lists come from?

Every list is a debloat.txt file contributed to the MIT-licensed cleanyourtv repository by someone who ran it on that exact TV. This page indexes them so you can find yours quickly.

My TV is not in the list. What now?

Use the closest model from the same brand and platform as a reference, or paste the cleanyourtv prompt into Claude Code: it discovers the bloat on your own TV and asks before touching anything you might use.

Do these lists work on Samsung or LG TVs?

No. Samsung runs Tizen and LG runs webOS, which are different systems. See how to remove ads from a smart TV for options on those sets.

How do I apply a list?

From a clone of the repository: TV_HOST=<tv ip> tools/disable.sh examples/<model>/debloat.txt. Undo it with tools/restore.sh and the same list.
