Tested: applied once and checked on the device with screenshots (launcher, dock, Inputs menu, Netflix launch). Not yet lived with for days; this list is deliberately conservative (telemetry, ads, promo only). Stock launcher: com.google.android.tvlauncher (restore.sh default). Disable it only after the new launcher is installed. Live TV app: com.tcl.tv (keep it, it owns HDMI/tuner playback). Also keep com.tcl.tvinput. Already disabled at the factory: com.tcl.bootadservice, com.tcl.tv.tclhome_master, com.tcl.cyberui, and the uk.co.freeview.* UK catch-up apps. Deliberately NOT disabled (ambiguous or system-relevant): com.tcl.showmode (sound modes, not just demo), com.tcl.messagebox, com.tcl.usercenter, com.tcl.framework.custom (key handling), com.tcl.xian.StartandroidService, com.tcl.browser, voice assistant (katniss, tcl.assistant, smartalexa), casting (mediashell, tcl.miracast, MultiScreenInteraction_TV), firmware updates (versionUpdateApp, rc.ota).

Apply the TCL BeyondTV (Android TV 9, beyondtv) debloat

Turn on Developer options on the TV (Settings → Device Preferences → About → press OK on Build seven times), switch on USB debugging and, if shown, Network or ADB debugging. Then, from a clone of the cleanyourtv repository on a computer on the same Wi-Fi:
